Stereolithography (SLA) printing produces the highest surface quality and dimensional accuracy of any polymer 3D printing technology — making it the technology of choice for applications where detail, smoothness, and precision are critical. CORE operates Formlabs Form 4 printers — the fastest desktop SLA system available, capable of printing at 50-micron resolution across 23+ validated resin materials.
Our SLA capability is particularly strong in healthcare and dental: we print dental arches, surgical guides, implant models, and orthodontic appliances at the tolerances required for clinical use — at a fraction of the cost of European dental laboratories and with Saudi-based delivery. We also produce high-detail display models, jewellery masters, and precision engineering components where FDM surface quality is insufficient.
Every SLA print includes our standard wash-and-cure process, dimensional inspection, and a quality certificate on request.
